Admission
Admission is open to all irrespective of caste, colour or creed. The following procedures are to be followed with regard to admission and withdrawal.
a) Admissions:
Eligibility for Admission:
Kinder Garten: To be eligible for admission, the candidate must fulfil the age limit specified below.
For Pre.KG, the child must have completed 2 years by 31st December.
For LKG, the child must have completed 3 years by 31st December.
For UKG, the child must have completed 4 years by 31st December.
For Grade: I-X:
To be eligible for admission the candidate must qualify the entrance test and satisfy the norms specified by the school management.
Rules for Admission:
Registration opens in the month of January and the academic session begins in April each year. Detailed schedule for admission will be displayed on the school notice board in the last week of December.
The following documents are to be submitted at the time of admission.
Two passport size photos of child and one photo of parents.
Transfer certificate in original from the school last attended.
Birth certificate in original for those seeking admission for first time.
Photocopy of Report Card of previous year.
Medical fitness certificate.
Attested photo copies of certificates of proficiency in Games and outstanding achievements.
Note: No admission will be deemed to be complete and valid till the above mentioned documents are submitted.
b) Withdrawals:
Transfer Certificate shall be issued at the end of the academic year provided the parent/ guardian applies for the same before February first every year.
No T.C. or other kinds of certificate shall be issued unless all dues to the school are cleared and books if any returned to the library.
A pupil admitted to or withdrawn from the school in the course of a term has to pay tuition fee for the whole term.
The principal reserves the right to ask parent/guardian to withdraw his/her child if the child does not fit in with the regulation of the school or is incapable of coping with the curriculum.
Fees of any kind once remitted will not be refunded.
